CHRISTINE ANN DENNY LABORATORY

Welcome to the official website for the Denny Lab at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC)! We are a team of scientists from a wide variety of backgrounds working under the guidance of Dr. Christine Ann Denny. Affiliated with both the Department of Psychiatry at CUIMC and the Division of Systems Neuroscience at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. (RFMH) / the New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI), our lab's research interests lie in studying the molecular mechanisms underlying learning and memory in cognitive and psychiatric disease states. We also work on developing drugs in order to protect against stress.
